Loaded top to bottom with pro-level goodies, the electric version of our Ruby Pro features everything the gas version does plus our exclusive mash heating system that we call Variable Power Internal RIMS. The 6kw RIMS tube allows you to quickly heat strike water directly in the mash tun and gives you precise control over your mash steps and temps. Double batching capability is a standard feature of the included 100 amp 5 element control system. All welded fittings… No threads on wort!
