Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Login to your account (click here) and select "My Account" located at the top and bottom of this page. Select "My Orders" from the left navigation to see a list of your previous purchases. You can select "View Order" to see the order or "Reorder" to reorder that order exactly as it is.
 

Q: How do I figure out how much shipping will be?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering your province and postal code. For a final shipping quote, continue through the checkout process and your final shipping quote will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
 

Q: Do you mill grain?

A: Currently we do not offer grain-milling for online orders. We do, however, have a "mill-your-own" grain station for customer use at our retail store for a nominal fee of $1.75 + tax.
 

Q: How do you ship liquid yeast?

A: We ship liquid yeast through Canada Post Expedited Parcel service, with a complimentary ice pack to ensure freshness. Orders that include liquid yeast ship Monday-Wednesday. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for temperature fluctuations during transit, please ship liquid yeast at your own risk.
 

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes, we currently offer local pickup at our Toronto Retail Location. Please allow 24 hour turn-around for orders placed online for local pickup.
 

Q: How do I arrange local pickup?

A: When you place your order, you will be offered the choice of "Local Pickup @ Toronto Location". We ask that you schedule your pickup 24 hours in advance to insure we are ready with your order when you arrive. Once your order is placed, please contact us and arrange pickup as soon as possible.
 

Q: Can I come shop in your store?

A: Of course you can! We would love to see you! Store hours and directions can be found here. One thing to note, we only accept debit and credit at the store. Sorry, we don't accept cash.
