A new blend for a new year! This year's blend features a quick fermenting Kveik strain alongside a classic American Saison strain. The final product is a delicate, spicy, floral yeast character that lets fruit juice shine! 

Fermentation Temperature: 18ºC-28ºC (lower temps are possible but fermentation will be slower) 

Attenuation: 85%+ (in fruit juice)
