UK Target Pellet Hops (1 oz)
United Kingdom. Released by Wye College in the early 1970s, Target Hops is widely used in the UK for both its bittering and aromatic qualities. The alpha acid content ranges from 8.0%-12.5% and imparts a clean bitterness. Target is commonly used for kettle additions in the brewing process for its smooth bite, and also for early aroma contributions.
