Made with superior-grade soft white wheat. Good for adding head retention, and mouth feel to most beer styles. Excellent for Wiessbier/Wheat beer.

Typical Beer Styles: Wiess, Witbier, Hefewiezen, Saison

Recommended Maximum Usage: Up to 100% for wheat beers, 2-3% for head retention and body in other styles.

Suggested Alternatives: Red Wheat, Dark Wheat, Flaked Wheat.
