The EuroCave Pure S maturation cabinet combines the latest wine preservation technologies with a clean and contemporary design, made to seamlessly integrate into modern interiors. As the most compact model in the Pure Series, it is an ideal solution for enthusiasts who want to benefit from EuroCave expertise while optimizing their space. Available with a Full Glass door or a Black Piano solid door, it is equipped with a reversible door with a lock to easily adapt to your environment.

EuroCave technology for your wines

Designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar, the Pure S benefits from electronic regulation with an adjustable temperature range of 5°C to 20°C. Its tactile LED screen displays and adjusts the temperature and humidity level, while several alarms monitor the main operating parameters, including open door, temperature, probe, active carbon filter, and humidity threshold. Its Embraco Inverter compressor with R600a gas, combined with 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, an air circulation fan, a 100% active carbon filter with a replacement counter, a humidity cassette, automatic defrosting, and a condensate collection tray, contributes to maintaining a stable environment, ideal for wine maturation.

Storage designed to preserve every bottle

The Pure S is offered with various storage configurations, including, depending on the version, ACMS sliding shelves or a Presentation configuration. All benefit from the exclusive Main du Sommelier technology, designed to securely hold each bottle while limiting vibrations. The sliding shelves rest on ball-bearing runners for smooth handling, while their modular design adapts to different bottle formats. The cabinet is also equipped with an amber LED lighting offering three operating modes (permanent, when the door opens, or deactivated), an on/off button, adjustable feet at the front, and an integrated lock. An ambient light guide is also offered as an option when ordering.
