Flaked Wheat

Toasted Wheat flakes greatly increases body and head retention in most any beer.

Maximum Recommended Usage: Use in small quantities, 4 - 6 ounces in a 5 gallon batch to aid in head retention. 2 lbs in a 5 gallon recipe will add considerable haze and body appropriate for NEIPAs.

Typical Beer Style(s): Any, Hefeweizen, Weizenbier, Witbier, NEIPA, Pale Ale

Possible Substitution(s): Floor-Malted Bohemian Wheat, Flaked Oats, Red Wheat.
