Hopfenweisse - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

Similar in style to German Hefeweizen but pushed to the extreme. Much higher ABV. and IBUs make this a style all its own. Our Hopfenweisse uses plenty of Huell Melon hops both in the boil and as a dry hop to add the aroma and flavour of melon and strawberry to the spicy and banana characters of a Witbier or Hefeweizen yeast. A complex beer for brewers wanting more than a simple wheat beer!
