A new generation of wine aging cabinet

The EuroCave Revelation S wine cabinet is an aging cellar designed to hold up to 74 bottles in a single zone. The Revelation collection combines EuroCave preservation technologies with a new generation interior design, conceived to offer greater ergonomics, fluidity, and ease of use.

Controlled conditions for wine aging

Its temperature is adjustable from 5 to 20 °C and controlled via a tactile LED screen. Its 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation, internal air circulation fan, and Embraco Inverter compressor operating with R600a gas help maintain conditions suitable for wine preservation. A 100% active carbon filter helps renew the air, while a humidity cassette with clay beads contributes to humidity control. Alarms signal probe, temperature, or humidity issues, an open door, and replacement of the carbon filter after 365 days.

A Full Glass door to protect and showcase bottles

Its frameless Full Glass door features double glazing with argon gas and UV protection. It is reversible and equipped with a lock. The amber LED lighting highlights the collection, while the embossed aluminum interior walls and black exterior coating complete its contemporary design.

New generation shelves

The cabinet is equipped with 5 ACMS2B sliding shelves on ball-bearing runners, featuring Sommelier's Hand supports with anti-vibration technology. Each shelf can accommodate up to 12 bottles without cradles or 10 bottles with cradles. The cradles are removable, and a display option is directly integrated into the ACMS2B shelves, offering greater flexibility in organizing and showcasing bottles.
