Briess Sparkling Amber Dry Malt Extract DME (1 lb)

CBW® Sparkling Amber can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the colour, flavour and gravity of all grain beers. Use Sparkling Amber DME in place of recipes that call for 2 Row Malt or Maris Otter.

When converting recipes to extract, use at a ratio of 0.6lbs of DME to 1lb of grain 2 Row Malt / Maris Otter.
