Liquor Quik Essence | Anisette (Pastis) (20 ml)

A sweet aniseed flavoured liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)                                 

Makes approximately: 30 fl. oz. (850 ml)

Instructions:

Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 cup (230 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. (750 ml) of 20-25% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified Super Yeast/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.

Ingredients: Natural extracts, essential oils, propylene glycol and caramel colour.
