Quickly becoming one of the most popular styles at Toronto Craft Breweries. This style is like a cross between a Berliner Weisse and a fruity late hopped IPA. Generally low bitterness, and low ABV it is perfect for hot summer days, and is highly drinkable.

CAUTION! Lactobacillus can infect plastic equipment and contaminate future batches. We recommend VERY thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment which comes into contact with lactobacillus or alternatively using a separate 'sours only' brewing equipment set.
