Compact wine by the glass service

The EuroCave Professional Wine Bar 2.0 is designed to keep 2 opened bottles at serving temperature while preserving their wine for up to 10 days thanks to an exclusive vacuum system, depending on the wine and its vintage. The bottles benefit from individual vacuum drawing heads and an alert indicator signalling a possible vacuum defect.

Two temperatures for serving white and red wines

Its 2 independent compartments have preset temperatures of 8 °C for white wines and 16 °C for red wines. Each of the two compartments can accommodate either a white or red wine, allowing for two whites, two reds, or one of each to be served.

Customisable bottle display

The Full Glass door with lock allows the two bottles to be showcased. The interior multi-colour RGB LED lighting offers approximately 50 adjustable shades using a remote control, to adapt the wine staging to the establishment's ambience.

A compact and modular system

The Wine Bar 2.0 can be built-in subject to compliance with installation conditions. Several units can also be installed side-by-side to increase the number of wines offered by the glass.
