Wine preservation integrated into the kitchen

The EuroCave Inspiration L maturing cellar – 88 bottles – Technical glass door combines wine preservation and serving requirements with the latest innovations from the Inspiration range, designed for integration into contemporary kitchens. Integrated and built-in, it features a temperature zone adjustable from 5 °C to 20 °C and a reversible technical glass door, equipped with a soft-close mechanism and a door stop. Its technical frame can accommodate a decorative panel up to 20 mm thick, facilitating its integration into kitchen furniture.

Its door, made of thermo double glazing with argon gas and anti-UV treatment, helps protect bottles from the harmful effects of light while allowing the collection to be admired. It is also equipped with a lock.

Technologies designed for wine maturation

Temperature is managed by electronic regulation and can be controlled externally thanks to a touch-sensitive LED screen with backlit keys. The cellar is equipped with an Embraco Inverter compressor using R600a gas, a fan ensuring internal air circulation, and 6 cm polyurethane foam insulation. A 100% active activated carbon filter promotes air renewal, while the humidity cassette with clay beads helps maintain suitable conditions for preservation.

Automatic defrosting, the double-protection anti-freeze safety thermostat, and visual and/or audible alarms complete its control devices. The amber LED lighting, diffused by the light guide and two LEDs, showcases the bottles, while the sliding shelves on ball bearings benefit from the Main du Sommelier anti-vibration technology, designed to hold and isolate each bottle from potential disturbances.

Two configurations adapted to your collection

The Wine Service Configuration – V-INSP-L-IT offers a maximum capacity of 88 bottles and includes 12 ACMSIB sliding shelves, 1 ACMSERVB serving drawer, and 1 ACMSI-DEMI half-shelf. It combines a large aging capacity with a dedicated space for bottles intended for serving.

The Premium Configuration – V-INSP-L-IT PR accommodates up to 89 bottles and includes 14 ACMSIB sliding shelves, prioritizing individual and organized access to bottles throughout the height of the cellar.

In both configurations, the cellar comes with an activated carbon filter, a humidity cassette with clay beads, bottle identifiers with erasable white marker, and a key ring.
