Wine Guardian's ducted split system provides superb air distribution and temperature control for optimal conditioning of your valuable wine collection. The extremely quiet and virtually vibration-free system offers maximum flexibility in system location and cellar designs. This makes it ideal for cellars that have no space to install a self-contained WG system, for applications where condenser air is difficult to exhaust, and for longer duct runs. The DS200 unit offers 14,900 BTUH and can cool up to a 7000 cubic foot enclosure.

The split system operates in ambient temperatures between 0°F and 115°F (-18°C and 46°C) and the condenser unit has a cover that is suitable for outdoor use. And just like all Wine Guardian products, it is certified by ETL to UL and CSA standards for safety and performance. Condensing unit includes high and low refrigerant pressure switches, low ambient protection, refrigerant sight glass, and a filter drier. The fancoil has multiple supply air openings for installation flexibility (for up to 5 outlets) and high static pressure fans for extended lengths of ductwork. Made in the USA. 24/7 hotline for information and assistance.

The Wine Guardian cooling unit is a professional, USA manufactured, split system climate control unit designed specifically for the storage of wine at cellar temperatures. It is designed for easy installation and operation. Wine Guardian uses digital electronic controls and environmentally friendly R-134a refrigerant. The entire unit is run tested at the factory and shipped together. All components are of a high quality standard commercial grade. The entire unit is approved by ETL according to UL 1995 and CSA safety standards. All wiring complies with NEC. Each unit is furnished with a sealed, UL approved power cord and plug.

The Wine Guardian split system unit includes a fan coil unit (evaporator) and condensing system. The two units are connected with coolant lines that carry cooled refrigerant from the condenser to the fan coil and heated refrigerant back to the condenser to be cooled down again. The fan coil unit is designed to be used either as a free blowing, through the wall unit or as a remote mount unit with external ductwork connections.
