American Pale Ale - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

American Pale Ales tend to use cleaner ale yeasts, North American hops and lightly kilned base malts than the British versions. This makes for an easier drinking beer with refreshing fruit and floral hop notes. Ours is inspired by a classic example from Northern California with generous late additions of floral, citrusy cascade hops. Add dry hops for even more hop aroma!
