Grapefruit IPA - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

Certain hops have an aroma and flavour reminiscent of grapefruit, but not reminiscent ENOUGH! So, we recommend adding grapefruit zest to this West Coast style IPA to kick up the citrus intensity. Add the grapefruit zest (not provided) and dry hops to the fermenter for a period of 5 days after fermentation has finished (usually 5-7 days after you pitch the yeast).
