Kolsch - Toronto Brewing All-Grain Recipe Kit (5 Gallon/19 Litre)

Traditionally brewed in Cologne, Germany, Kölsch beers are a clear, top-fermented ale with a bright, straw-yellow hue similar to other beers brewed from mainly Pilsener malt. Kölsch is warm fermented at around 55°F/13°C - 70°F/21°C and then conditioned by lagering at cold temperatures. Great as a summer beer alternative to Lagers, Kolsch's have the added benefit of being able to be brewed at just below room temperature.
