Brewing Class - Advanced - Yeast Managment & Water Chemistry
One of the easiest ways to improve your beer is by creating a yeast starter. Along with this basic technique, we'll be covering proper storage of yeast, advanced yeast culturing & propagation, cell counting and yeast viability testing; techniques invaluable for quality and consistency in the brewhouse. This class assumes familiarity with basic brewing techniques.
The classes are approx. 1.5 to 2 hours long and includes a beer tasting.
