Bohemian Pilsner Malt - Weyermann (55 lb)

Made from the finest Bohemian quality brewing barley (barley varieties Bojos and Malz), this Pilsner malt is characterized by the typical sententious core notes of the original barley varieties.

1.7-2.1° L. Czech-grown 2-row spring barley, processed specifically to impart full body, golden-blond colour, and complex maltiness. Use for up to 100% of the grist for all lagers (especially Bohemian Pilsners) or Belgian ales.
