Caramunich I Malt - Weyermann (55 lb)
Golden-brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Contributes amber to reddish-coppery colour to finished beer. Adds mouthfeel as well as a medium caramel malt accent to brew.
Typical Beer Style(s): Ale, Lager, Golden Ale, Blonde, Pale Ale, Kolsch
Recommended Usage: Use 5-10% for enhanced body and malt character in Oktoberfest, Altbier and bock; 1-5% for other amber beers.
