A cross between Swiss Tettnang and a North American variety, Enigma displays juicy red fruit like raspberries and redcurrants with ripe rockmelon (cantaloupe). But what also sets Enigma apart from other Australian varieties are crisp, white grape notes similar to Pinot Gris, a resemblance that echos the neighboring Nelson Sauvin.
