Escarpment Laboratories - Kölsch Ale Yeast


This balanced and clean ale yeast is of course great for Altbier and Kölsch production, but also for a wide range of beers including Blond ales, American Wheat, Berliner Weisse, Gose, and anywhere a clean fermentation is desired. Extended chilling or filtration is required to obtain clear beer.
