Natural Almond Extract (4 fl. oz)

Natural Almond Extract adds the delicious nutty flavour and aroma of almond to craft brews, beverages, and baked goods.

This water-soluble extract is made using natural flavours for a realistic almond-like taste.  The light, nutty taste is perfect for brewing beers, wines, spirits, ciders, and seltzers. The natural almond flavour blends well with chocolate, vanilla, caramel, pear, apple, coconut, strawberry, and cherry flavours.

Recommended usage: When adding to alcoholic beverages, we recommend a starting level of around 0.05% - 0.40% of the almond flavour extract. You may choose to add more or less to taste.

Storage: Store in a closed container. Keep it in a ventilated and cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Shelf stable for up to 12 months in recommended conditions.
