Introducing North Stills double walled (jacketed) 200 litre stainless steel boiler. This unit is heated by inserting two 5500 watt element into the chamber on the bottom between the two walls. The space between the walls is filled with cooking oil or water and the element is switched on using our CSA approved NS11000 control box. This allows for even heat distribution inside the internal kettle with no hot spots, allowing you to distill on mashes containing solids with no risk of scorching!
Comes with a vent near the top so that no pressure is created inside the jacket. Also comes with a removable 4″ lid (which can be replaced with a 6″ if desired), sloped bottom, butterfly valve drain, and thermometer. Very easy to clean inside. Sits on three solid legs with adjustable feet. Also comes with a 1/2″ NPT port on the bottom for draining the fluid inside the jacket when desired. 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel.
