Pale Chocolate Malt
Less highly-roasted than regular chocolate malt. Will add dark brown colour and a mild chocolate/coffee flavour to dark milds, stouts, and porters.
Typical Beer Style(s): Ale, Brown Ale, Porter, Stout, Scotch Ale
Recommended Maximum Usage: Up to 8% in Stouts, 1-2% for adding colour in lighter beers.
