Toronto Brewing presents: The Kveik Ring Release #3: HALVORSGARD KVEIK from Escarpment Labs The Kveik Ring is Escarpment's limited monthly release of new Kveik and related liquid yeast cultures. Available now to homebrewers for the first time. Escarpment's blend of two Kveik isolates has strong fruity aromas coupled with light baking spice, which we think is perfect for malty and dark winter brews. It can be used for styles like barleywines, porters, stouts, and the burgundies of Belgium.
