Char#3 American oak spiral adds super dark colour, smoke, vanilla, and caramel flavours with nice tannin structure.
Made from high quality American white oak, these infusion spirals feature are charred and are perfect for adding great oak flavours to your next batch. The spiral shape is designed to accelerate the extraction time giving you full flavours in a shorter amount of time. In wine the oak flavour is fully extracted in 6 weeks. Withdraw sooner for a milder taste. Includes two 8" long x 1" diameter oak spirals.
Instructions for Use:
-Add 1 stick per 3 gallons of wine
-Snap spirals into smaller portions for less intense oak flavours
