CaraRed Malt - Weyermann (55 lb)

Perfect for adding red colouring to red ales and Vienna lagers. Slightly aromatic. Contributes gentle maltiness as well as some body to finished beer.

Typical Beer Styles: Ale, Lager, Red Ale, Vienna Lager, Scotch Ale, Amber, ESB, Pale Ale

Recommended Maximum Usage: 2-3% for slight colouring, up to 10% for rich red colour and flavour.
