Cinnamon Sticks impart warm, spicy flavours and aromas to ciders, holiday ales and pumpkin beers. For optimal flavour, add one whole stick to darker beers during the last five minutes of the boil. For elevated cinnamon flavour, increase the number of sticks or crush them before use.
