Caramel 120 / Crystal 120 Malt - Briess


Used in any beer where you want a heavy contribution of deep caramel and dark fruit flavour. Contributes a strong reddish hue to dark beers. This malt will impart a roasty edge on top of a malty sweetness.

Typical Beer Style(s): Stout, Barleywine, Porter, Bock, Brown Ale, Old Ale

Recommended Maximum Usage: 1-15%
