Mash ready Rye Flakes will lend a dry, crisp character and a strong rye flavour. This is a pre-gelatinized flaked grain and does not require milling.
Typical Beer Style(s): Roggenbier (Rye Beer), Rye IPA, Spiced Beers, Belgian Ales
Recommended Maximum Usage: Can be used in amounts of up to 20% of grain total, but 5-10% is recommended for most beers.
