Mosaic® HBC 369CV Pellet Hops

Hopunion's Hop Breeding Program proudly presents a new hop variety, Mosaic® (HBC 369CV). As a daughter of Simcoe® (YCR14), Mosaic offers a rich line of hop heritage including F-10 Tomahawk and Nugget.

It features relatively high alpha acids and low cohumulone contents and displays an array of enticing citrus, earthy and tropical aromas that transfer nicely into the finished product.  Great for modern American styles needing an earthy or tropical hop kick.

Typical Beer Style(s): IPA, NEIPA, Pale Ale, West Coast IPA, Dry Hopping

Typical Alpha Acid Levels: ~13%AA
