AS A FLAVOURING TANK
Dump your ingredients into the UBT & connect your hoses. Purge out the lines, connect Co2 to your fermenter to displace the beer as it flows into the UBT & circulate it until you achieve the flavour you want. You can also circulate your beer in the UBT upon itself for small batches, barrel-aged beers, or to concentrate your beer before sending it back to your unitank. Open the bottom valve to dump leftover ingredients into a bucket.
AS A BRITE TANK
Attach the bottom conical piece & add the fittings you'd like for a brite tank. Purge out the UBT & adjust the PRV to your desired pressure rating. Fill it up with barrel-aged or small-batch beer. Carbonate as you normally would. This is the perfect tank for flavouring, carbonating, and packaging barrel-aged beers.
WHAT'S INSIDE?
Your adjuncts go around the outside of the filter & gently agitate as you whirlpool inside of the UBT. The beer only exits the tank after it has gone through the filter. Ideal ingredients include coconut, hops, nuts, fruit, coffee beans, candy, and powders. The UBT has (3) spray balls inside; (1) for the inside filter & (2) for the inside of the tank as pictured. You can circulate while it's connected to a fermenter or circulate upon itself for small batch/barrel-aged beers. To add puree, remove the filter and treat it as a whirlpooling tank.
REMOVABLE FILTER
The inside filter is removable. It has tri-clamp connections on the top & the bottom to easily remove it if you want to use the UBT to add puree, use it as a brite tank or clean it further. Choose between a 500, 1,000, or 2,000-micron filter when you place an order.
