The Kveik Ring Release #1:  LÆRDAL KVEIK from Escarpment Labs

The Kveik Ring is Escarpment's limited monthly release of new Kveik and related liquid yeast cultures.  Available now to homebrewers for the first time.

This single-strain isolate known as Lærdal Kveik ferments extremely quickly, flocculates well and produces aromas of pineapple and orchard fruit.
