4 oz Citra Hops - Tropical fruit and strong citrus make this relatively new American hop variety a great flavour and aroma addition to your brew. High alpha and strong tropical fruit aromas and flavours (think mango, papaya, and pineapple).
3 oz Mosaic Hops - Offering an incredible combo of floral, fruity and earthy notes, Mosaic hops complement a wide variety of flavours. Everything from citrus, pine, earth, herbal, mint, bubblegum, blueberry, lime peel, black pepper. This chameleon hop variety pairs perfectly with Citra and Galaxy hops.
3 oz Galaxy Hops - This in-demand Aussie hop variety showcases fresh flavours of gentle citrus and passion fruit, making it a great choice for IPAs with a juicy tropical twist. Comparable to Citra, but with a bit more grassy flavour. Due to the high cohumulone content of this hop, it works best as a late addition or dry hop.

3 oz Amarillo® Hops - A favourite of craft brewers, Amarillo® hops are often described as a turbocharged version of Cascade, but with a distinctly different orange-forward character. It’s an excellent flavour/aroma hop for American Ales, with enticing notes of floral, tropical and spice, alongside loads of orange/lemon/grapefruit citrus thanks to its sky-high Myrcene oil content.
